General roofing was 1 of 3 bids, they were the middle bid. I decided to go with them bc they were the most knowledgeable and have been in business for decades. They have experienced workers that stayed on the job from start to finish and they were professional,courteous and knowledgeable.They use the latest and greatest materials availible. They are very neat and they removed debris daily. The roof looks great and i would highly recommend them for your home.

These guys replaced my roof recently and did a fabulous job. Their price was better than the other guys and which saved me a lot of money. Chad was on the roof working his crew and so I'm confident I received quality work. The clean up was very important to me since we have children and dogs and they did an impeccable job. They were very polite and courteous. They also removed 2 beehives off the upper roof, which we could never get to. Call Chad you wont be sorry you did.

We recommended General Roofing to an elderly couple with a leaking roof. The couple had contacted another local company, and was told the entire roof would need to be replaced after only a brief inspection. General Roofing did a complete and thorough inspection and identified the leak as a result of an "ice damn" issue. They cleared the roof of snow and ice and repaired the leak. A complete roof replacement was NOT required. General Roofing was professional, took the time needed to explain the "what's and why's" to our friends, and was able to complete the work quickly AND save them literally thousands of dollars.

Our family owns an apartment complex in anchorage that had multiple leaks. I called General Roofing inquiring about their prices, which were competitively priced. They put up notices on everyones doors, letting them know the roof was going to be fixed and there would be safety zones marked. The roofers were very clean and professional. I didn't receive any complaints. I was very impressed with the quality and how fast they were able to get it fixed. John managed the entire roof replacement and he treated our house like it was a palace and not the small 40 year-old home that it is. General Roofing came out in April 2016 to roof my attachmate's and my 0-lot line. As per the contract, all the old roofing was taken down to the plywood and re-shingled. Very professional, done in a timely manner of 3 days, and each day debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Care was taken regarding any flowers that were starting to come up and not to damage my Trex deck. Tarps laid out to cover all the areas of concern. I would recommend them and they are reasonably priced compared to the BIG guys who charge you for all the extras like the fancy brochures and new equipment!
